This is an exciting opportunity to collaboratively work in in large government organisation with a view of improving property project delivery.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Coordinator will provide support across 4 relocation projects in a large government organisation. The main project involves the relocation of 800 staff, furniture and IT equipement.
The team has been put together to work on this project, they're social and they support eachother.
In this 6 month contract role, you will coordinate reporting, travel, meetings, finances/ payments, scheduling and resources.
• Essential skills and experience:
o Intuition and confidence
o Good verbal and written communication style
o Comfortable dealing with a multitude of different stakeholders
o MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and a financial management systems (we use FMIS)
o Has worked in large Government organisation(s)
• Desirable skills and experience:
o Property, building facilities or relocation projects
o MS Visio
o MS Project Server
