This role will be instrumental in the tender phase of a multi-billion public-private partnership project. The successful candidate will report regularly to the Project Director and likely Project Steering Committee, ensuring all internal and external approvals for bid submissions are met. The Bid Manager will also be responsible for establishing the bid budget, tracking costs, and coordinating efforts across all teams for response development.
What you'll do:
As a Bid Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of a multi-billion public-private partnership project. You'll be tasked with regular reporting to key stakeholders, establishing budgets, tracking costs, and defining deliverables. Your ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams will be crucial as you develop responses. Furthermore, your strategic thinking will come into play as you develop and communicate the bid win strategy. You'll also manage client interactions with the Consortia team, ensuring all approvals for bid submissions are met.

The ideal candidate for this Bid Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing bids, particularly within large-scale projects. Your understanding of tender processes will be invaluable as you navigate through this multi-billion public-private partnership project. Additionally, your excellent stakeholder management skills will ensure smooth interactions with the consortia team.
