Senior Policy Analyst

About the Role
As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will lead the development of high-quality advice on complex and sensitive social policy issues. You’ll be responsible for producing rigorous analysis, managing policy projects, and contributing to strategic direction-setting. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders across government and beyond, ensuring that policy advice is both innovative and practical as a part of a high-performing and collaborative team.
This role also offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff, influence cross-agency initiatives, and engage directly with senior officials and Ministers on government priority work. You’ll play a key role in translating policy objectives into actionable implementation strategies while keeping equity and inclusivity at the heart of your work.
