Senior Procurement Specialist

This role supports a rapidly growing organisation with hospitals and rehabilitation sites nationwide and a strong pipeline of capital projects and expansions. Reporting to the Head of Procurement & Property, you’ll take ownership of key parts of the procurement portfolio, bringing seniority, commercial thinking and delivery focus to the team.

What you’ll be doing

• End-to-end procurement across clinical, IT, property and corporate services

• Leading cost review and supplier optimisation programmes

• Supporting new builds, site expansions and major equipment purchases

• Owning and managing key supplier relationships

This is a hands-on, commercially driven role with real autonomy — less bureaucracy, faster decisions, and a strong focus on outcomes.

About you

• 5+ years’ procurement experience

• Strong portfolio and cost optimisation experience

• Comfortable operating independently and delivering results

• Health experience beneficial but not essential

• Positive, proactive and professional with strong stakeholder skills
