An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Strategic Advisor specialising in Property and Assets. • Lead a strategic review of the organisation's asset management and varied property portfolio. • Develop a compelling business case/proposal for future property and asset management. • Opportunity to create long-term economic benefits for the organisation

What you'll do:

As a Strategic Advisor - Property and Assets, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of property and asset management within the organisation. Over a period of 3-4 months, you will lead a comprehensive review of our diverse property portfolio and asset management practices. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to conduct an initial scope of our assets, identifying areas for improvement and potential opportunities. Your strategic insights will guide your development of key recommendations that promise long-term economic benefits for the organisation. Ultimately, your expertise will culminate in a compelling business case/proposal that outlines our path forward in property and asset management, Ready for implementation July 2025.

• Lead a strategic review of the organisation's asset management and varied property portfolio over a 3-4 month duration.

• Conduct an initial scope of the state of assets, identifying areas for improvement and potential opportunities.


• Develop key recommendations that create long-term economic benefits for the organisation.


• Formulate a comprehensive business case/proposal outlining how to move forward with property and asset management.


• Provide guidance on the maintenance, disposal, or other actions related to the assets.


• Ensure all activities align with organisational goals and objectives.


What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role brings a wealth of experience in Property Programme Management. Your strong skillset in developing business case recommendations sets you apart from others. You have previously demonstrated your expertise in strategic asset management, making you well-equipped to lead this comprehensive review. Your ability to conduct thorough reviews, develop strategic plans, and guide teams towards achieving organisational goals will be key to your success in this role. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive long-term economic benefits for the organisation.

• Proven experience in Property Programme Management is essential.
• Strong skillset in developing business case recommendations is required.
• Experience in strategic asset management is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive reviews and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams towards achieving organisational goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
