What you'll do:

As Property and Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's growing property portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property and facilities management, from daily operations to strategic planning. Leading a dedicated team, you will foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your ability to build strong relationships with clients will be key to your success in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career in property and facilities management to the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property and facilities management functions
  • Manage an expanding property portfolio from an FM perspective, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards
  • Lead a dedicated team of two, providing guidance, support and development opportunities
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the business, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the facilities management function
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation relating to property and facilities management
  • Manage budgets and financial planning for the facilities department
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers as necessary.

With a strategic mindset, you will drive continuous improvement within the facilities management function. Your knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation will ensure compliance across all properties.

  • Proven experience in property and facilities management at a senior level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing budgets and financial planning within a facilities department
  • Ability to coordinate with external contractors and service providers effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
