Senior Project Managers

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a high-profile infrastructure project that will enhance connectivity, accessibility, and long-term resilience for the community. This role is about more than managing scope and timelines – it’s about visible leadership, integration, and collaboration. You’ll provide direction across design and construction, and lift project delivery capability across the wider organisation.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects from design to completion

• Manage scope, budget, procurement, risk, and contract performance

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including internal staff, consultants, and contractors

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community groups

• Present confidently in governance and engagement forums

• Mentor and coach project managers to uplift capability

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

About You
You’re an accomplished project professional with proven experience delivering complex, high-value infrastructure or construction projects. You’re confident operating strategically while staying across the day-to-day detail that drives successful delivery.

You will bring:

• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

• 8–10 years’ experience leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects

• Strong financial and risk management capability

• Proven ability to influence across technical, governance, and stakeholder groups

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
