Commercial Leasing Specialist

Our client is looking to onboard a Commercial Property Specialist to backfill a 3 month sabbatical ASAP.

This exciting role will see you at the forefront of leading lease negotiations, conducting rent reviews, and managing relationships with landlords.

Your key skillset will include highly effective communication, risk identification, and innovative problem-solving.

Proficiency in managing property budgets, commercial lease documentation and utilisation of Excel tools like formulas and pivot tables.


Essential in your background will be an:

• Understanding market trends and benchmarks to negotiate favorable lease terms.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills with landlords.
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial implications and budgets.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Risk management capabilities to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
