Member Experience Manager

What You Will Do:
Your role will be pivotal in shaping an exceptional Member journey. Work in a dynamic, design-driven environment alongside a dedicated team to deliver a boutique hotel-like atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate Community: Develop a warm, welcoming culture that reflects the ethos of sophistication and connection. Build strong relationships and proactively meet Members' expectations and ensure they have a positive experience.
Deliver Excellence: Enhance the Member experience across all touchpoints, from enquiries to daily interactions. Host and organise Community events to strengthen connections and to elevate the profile of the business.
Drive Sales: Promote and sell office spaces and services, conduct tailored tours to convert interest into memberships. Collaborate with the Christchurch Manager to identify sales opportunities and achieve occupancy targets.
Perfect Presentation: Ensure the space across both sites are impeccably presented, maintaining an inviting, high-end atmosphere that aligns with the business’ chic brand identity.
Manage Administration: Support invoicing and maintain CRM systems, creating engaging content for internal communications and social media.
