Senior Property Specialist

Are you an experienced property professional looking for a dynamic role with real impact? This is your chance to step into a senior role managing a diverse and complex property portfolio across commercial, rural, and enterprise assets. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders, tenants, and project teams to ensure properties are managed effectively and sustainably, while supporting strategic land-use initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of a large and varied property portfolio including farms, commercial tenants, and enterprise operations
• Manage leases, renewals, rent reviews, and tenant relationships with professionalism and expertise
• Provide senior guidance and mentorship to the property team
• Collaborate on land-use projects, balancing commercial, environmental, and community priorities
• Ensure compliance with regulations, governance frameworks, and tenancy agreements

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in commercial property
• Expertise in lease administration, tenant negotiation, and portfolio oversight
• Some exposure to rural property management is ideal, but not essential
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach

What’s on offer

• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $110,000
