What Youll Do:

As a Senior Assurance Advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's approach to assurance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing expert advice on assurance matters, developing and implementing assurance frameworks, conducting audits, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence business efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the public sector
• Strong knowledge of assurance practices and methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Sound understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
