Senior Risk Advisor

We are partnering with a well-established public sector organisation seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to play a pivotal role in advancing enterprise risk maturity and strengthening risk management capability across the business

In this standalone advisory role, you will work closely with senior leaders to facilitate risk discussions, conduct risk assessments, support enterprise-wide risk reporting, and help implement and embed risk management frameworks and policies. You will also lead capability-building initiatives, including training and education programs that enhance risk awareness and literacy across the organisation.

About You

You will bring:

• Proven experience in risk management, ideally within a complex or public sector environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, including ISO 31000.
• The ability to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training programs, and strategic risk discussions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partnering approach.
