Senior Partnerships Manager

Our client, a leading not-for-profit, seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager in Auckland. This role offers the chance to drive impactful partnerships, supporting children across New Zealand. You'll play a key role in maximising income through strong partner relationships, ensuring strategic alignment that benefits both the organisation and its partners.

What you'll do:

As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement bespoke partnership plans tailored to the needs of the organisation and its partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of key partners to enhance engagement and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Provide partners with opportunities to leverage the organisation’s activities, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Lead the on-boarding of new partners ensuring collaboration with other internal teams.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts with partners, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on benefits and expectations.
  • Drive partnership revenue by actively engaging with partners and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on partnership activities, including speaking engagements and event participation, with a focus on return on investment and effort.
  • Manage and maintain accurate partner CRM data in NetSuite to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective communication.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Partnerships Manager role brings:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, contract negotiation, and account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage detailed partnership and activation plans.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and representing the organisation to external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
