The responsibility of the BDM is to break into new businesses within the CBD and identify opportunities within business solutions. The BDM will target SME across all industries. The four business solutions platforms targeted will be multi function printers, digital, visual, and ICT.

About the role:
The BDM will partner with an experienced Account Manager and help generate and close new business. Mentorship and career development is top priority within the management team and the BDM will acquire new skills and maximise their current skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory management and growth
- Sales prospect development through cold calling and door knocking
- Maintaining customers profiles and updating database
- Always improving product knowledge
Key Requirements:
- Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve
- Self starter and motivator, minimal supervision needed
- Ability to assess and analyse information regarding customer’s needs and present solutions in a simple and effective manner
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines and appointments in a timely and prepared fashion
- 1-2 years experience in sales is preferred but we are open to recent grads or someone from outside the square
