Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding their New Zealand operations.

As the successful candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to build an extensive network of contacts, dive into new market opportunities, oversee exciting growth projects, and forecast sales to drive the company forward.


What you'll do:
• Cultivate a network of contacts to attract new clients
• Explore new market opportunities and supervise growth projects
• Make sales forecasts and predict revenue in line with projected income
• Actively pursue new business opportunities
• Manage and contribute to the writing process for identified opportunities as required
• Enhance current bid management and business capability to foster growth in the facilities management market
• Collaborate with Business Directors on all Business Growth matters and ensure positive communication on major bids
What you bring:
• Robust, demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment or at a senior level in a similarly complex industry
• Proven ability to work within an integrated services and property model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Leadership, and Financial Management Services
• Extensive experience in Business Expansion, Business Development, and managing complex bids, particularly related to major projects in infrastructure and/or property portfolios, including PPP/PFI and CRE portfolios
• Expertise in lifecycle management and whole-of-life costing on major PPP/PFI projects
• Strong project management skills for complex business projects
• Deep understanding of all aspects of property and facilities management and lifecycle costing
