What you'll do:

As a Senior Liability Broker, you will play an integral role in managing complex liability cases, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively with your team to ensure the highest level of service is provided. Staying abreast of industry trends and legislative changes will be key to your success in this role. Your contribution will also extend beyond your immediate responsibilities, as you help shape the future direction of our processes and procedures.

  • Manage a portfolio of complex liability cases, ensuring all are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of liability insurance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including their major corporate accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact clients.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of processes and procedures within the team.
  • National travel.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Broker position will bring a wealth of experience from within the insurance industry. You will have proven expertise in managing complex liability cases, coupled with an excellent understanding of relevant products and legislation. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, while your and effectiveness in case management will ensure client satisfaction. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential, as is a collaborative approach to work.

  • Proven experience as a Liability Broker or similar role within the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of liability insurance products and legislation (preferable).
  • Experience in FI (financial institutions).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to manage complex cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to work.
