The Account Manager will offer exceptional customer service in order to retain the business of their assigned portfolio. They will focus on the SME market and their broadband, mobile, and ICT needs. The Account Managers KPI’s will be heavily retention and customer engagement focused.

Our client is a premier telecommunications dealer providing sales and service to customers since 1993. They provide on-going training with new technology, products and services. Career progression is important to them, and there are opportunities to grow and develop.
About the role:
Reporting into the Sales Manager the Account Manager will have a large client portfolio to service. The clients are made up of mostly SME’s and the Account Manager will aim to retain the clients broadband, mobile, and ICT business. The Account Manager will be a customer service champion and meet or exceed their NPS target for customer engagement.
• Customer service
• Meet NPS target for customer engagement
• Manage client call cycle
• Ensure data entry is done in a timely manner and accurately
• 1-3 years customer service or sales experience in telesales
• Self-motivated and self-aware
• Worked in mobile industry or technology industry
• Strong time management skills
• Has used a CRM, Microsoft Office and Outlook
