About the Role:
Whether It’s turning landfill gas to power, organic waste to compost or building environmental remediation facilities, EnviroWaste is thinking about the future of New Zealanders and with the growth comes opportunity and they are seeking a Sales Manager to build on an already significant client base within the Lower North Island.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager, this role plays an integral and exciting part in bringing our vision to life. Championing collaboration as well generating new profitable business opportunities whilst leading and developing a sales team to success. You will be used to leading by example and will eagerly front significant market opportunities where required.
• 5+ years' experience in a people leadership role where you have obtained a reputation for being a great leader
• Experience in negotiating and executing on new business opportunities
• The ability to identify new sales opportunities and create a lead generating program
• The ability to inspire, engage and influence people across the broad stakeholder spectrum
• Demonstrated experience managing a sales team to success
• Proven experience establishing a solid sales framework
• Good project management skills and techniques
The role is based in Wellington and comes complete with a very competitive remuneration package including vehicle, incentive program and other employee benefits.
