Project Coordinator

We are seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to provide operational, financial and administrative support to a very focussed Project Team. This temporary role until end of June 2026, is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of projects. You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, tracking approvals, coordinating meetings and building effective relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator in this temporary role (until end of June 2026), you will:

  • Maintain and coordinate project documentation.
  • Assist the Team with updates to project plans, risk registers, stakeholder management plans and communication plans.
  • Manage database systems and set up suppliers.
  • Track invoices, process variations, organise invoice approvals and resolve issues as needed.
  • Coordinate contract execution processes and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Organise update meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and tracking cost on spreadsheets.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth interactions for the team you are supporting.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Experience providing support in a complex organisation or team environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to achieve shared outcomes across teams.
  • Proven ability to review and amend financial information accurately.
  • High-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel proficiency is essential).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
