Be part of a team of highly skilled consultants and coordinators passionate about Māori development and play an important role in the registry services team.

Te Tumu Paeroa is an independent, professional trustee organisation which protects and grows assets on behalf of over 95,000 Māori landowners.

About the Role:

The Registry Services Advisor is responsible for maintaining Te Tumu Paeroa’s core registers of client, property and trust information to a high standard and ensuring they are aligned with external databases.
This position is also responsible for delivering outstanding customer service at all times to owners and clients of Te Tumu Paeroa to ensure we deliver on our role as Trustee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating records and inputting data
  • Customer service and engagement
  • Relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Research
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Key Requirements:

  • Microsoft office skills especially in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • CRM experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Understanding of Te Reo
  • Database savvy
  • Prioritisation
  • Attention to detail
