This opportunity will have you assisting the wider office across both administration and accounts. With full training provided you need to bring to the role your can do attitude, an open mind and ambition to learn.
No day will be the same, you will be looking after reception, greeting visitors, stock control, nationwide travel bookings and accounts support.
- Domestic travel bookings for NZ staff
- Reception cover duties
- Ordering office supplies
- Distributing AR Invoices
- Processing AP invoices
- Debt collection
- Other ad hoc duties when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build effective, positive working relationships with people at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Effective prioritising and multitasking ability
- Positive, can do attitude
- Flexible and adaptable team player
If you have a background in administration or accounts it would be beneficial but not essential
If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn full training will be provided.
