Join the Sales & Marketing team in this exciting Candidate Manager role. You will be responsible for sourcing great candidates along with some administrative duties which will be an important part of the team’s success.
This role involves providing support across the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing
- Manage the consultants daily administration tasks
- Supporting the Business Support Team
- Manage multiple calendars
- Manage applications and contacting appropriate applicants
- Speaking with existing candidates regularly
- Database management
- Writing and uploading web based advertisements
- Assisting with candidate searches
- Assisting with references
Key Requirements:
- Sourcing experience (Desirable)
- Initiative
- 2+ years admin experience
- Flexibility and adaptability
- MS Office
- Problem solving and decision making
- Results focus
