A chance to come into the business and make the job your own. This role is suited to someone who loves to be busy and get their hands dirty, no job is too big or small. You could be an experienced administrator looking to get more exposure to the PA side of administration or a PA that wants to develop their skills.
This is a varied role that will have you support two executives in a PA capacity from diary management through to events & presentations. You will also assist the other team members in all areas of administration.

- Diary & Travel management
- Presentations & reporting
- Meeting minutes
- Event coordination
- Stock control and ordering
- Assist the project team with reports
- General office maintenance and administration
- Special projects when required
To succeed in this role you’ll require:
- 2-4 years administration experience
- Great customer service
- Proactive nature
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Initiative & Problem solving
- MS Office – particularly excel
- Confidence & Resilience
- Great time management
