About the role:
We are looking for a Team Administrator to work for a sought after Government organisation in Central Wellington. They are a friendly and supportive team and are looking for a pro active and likeminded person to join their team.
- Diary Management
- Monitoring of mailbox, telephone and voicemail
- Travel, transport and accommodation bookings
- Event organisation
- Facilitation of internal and external meeting requirements including venue bookings, catering and required equipment
- Production of Word documents including proof reading, formatting, editing and binding
- Minute taking
- HR Administration and Coordination
- Previous experience in a Team Admin or Administrative role
- Proven written and oral competencies with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with a high level of initiative
- Friendly and 'can-do' nature
- Flexible, organised and accommodating
