Join our community of temporary candidates and take the next step in your career as a Temporary Coordinator. We are looking for individuals who are interested in short and longer-term positions, with hourly pay rates ranging from $35 to $45 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by clients

• Provide efficient support to the team by handling scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence

• Organise and maintain relevant documentation and files

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery

• Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis as required

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role is preferred

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

• Professional demeanour and a proactive approach to problem-solving
