Claims Consultant - Commercial Property

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing claims in accordance with best practice, providing advice on product coverage, and developing strong customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment, has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims in accordance with best practice and delegated authority limits
  • Provide advice on product coverage as per agreed process
  • Responsible for the management and development of customer relationships
  • Communicate effectively with service providers or procurement partners
  • Work collaboratively with the Claims Management Team to implement new initiatives and improve business performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Claims Management
  • Experience in managing Business Interruption, Material Damage and Contract work claims
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong understanding of Insurance Claims discipline and supporting processes
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial, and/or personal lines products
