Are you an ambitious administrator with at least 2 years of administration experience? Our client is a law firm seeking a legal administrator to join their collaborative team. Please note we will be reviewing applications as we receive them, this is a very fast paced role.
What you will do:
• Efficiently manage billing processes and procedures.
• Maintain and organise diary management systems.
• Handle matter opening tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure filing is completed in a timely and organised manner.
• Adapt to the needs of a dynamic office environment.
What you will bring:
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with billing processes and diary management systems.
• Ability to handle matter opening tasks with precision.
• Experience with efficient filing systems.
• Capability to support diverse teams across multiple departments.
• Adaptability within a dynamic office environment.
