What you'll do:

As a Project Coordinator, you will step into a key role where you'll handle the day-to-day operations, financial tasks and administration support. You will be responsible for keeping projects running smoothly by managing documentation, coordinating approvals and tracking invoices. You'll also support cost reporting and liaise with teams and stakeholders; making your role both engaging and impactful.

Key Tasks:

  • Organise and manage project documents
  • Support operations with quality checks and data management
  • Set up suppliers and gather necessary info
  • Coordinate invoice approvals and resolve issues
  • Assist in cost reporting and other admin tasks
