Contract Liaison Coordinator
My client is seeking a Contract Liaison Coordinator to contribute to the end-to-end coordination of high-quality contractual arrangements across Wellington. The successful candidate will have the chance to support the management and oversight of key agreements, ensuring compliance with organisational contracting policies, processes, and procedures.
What you'll do:
As a Contract Liaison Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in contributing to the end-to-end coordination of high-quality contractual arrangements. You will be responsible for supporting the team in completing the contracts creation process, monitoring contracts, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Support the team in completing the contracts creation process, including providing technical advice and liaising with Sector Operations.
• Monitor contracts to identify those that do not conform to standard contractual terms and conditions.
• Contribute to the processing of Fee Notifications and similar processes that are part of a contractual process.
• Ensure compliance with organisation contracting polices, processes and procedures.
• Provide assistance with administration and maintenance tasks from investigations and for contract management and compliance.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Contract Liaison Coordinator role brings a wealth of experience from an administrative environment where legislative considerations determine processes. Your understanding and experience working with databases/registers will be invaluable in this role. You have worked with contracts before, ideally within the health sector, and are comfortable working in and with self-directed teams.
