What you'll do:
As a Regional Co-ordinator you will play an integral role in supporting the administration and co-ordination of off-site training activities nationwide. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with internal teams, external providers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of all training support services.
- Provide national co-ordination for all training support services including off-job training, literacy and numeracy programmes, industry mentors, and other essential administrative support.
- Reconcile training invoices, provider reports, and attendance schedules promptly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance systems that consistently meet or exceed agreed standards on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise effectively with providers and suppliers of off-site training to foster strong professional relationships and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and current training records while managing documentation control systems efficiently.
- Provide professional reception cover as required.

- Advanced computer proficiency within a Windows environment including document management systems and reporting tools.
