This small, vibrant team are looking for the perfect new team member to join the family! A small team/office, who need a candidate who can hit the ground running, pick things up quickly, and cover a variety of different tasks. Preferred but not necessary, someone with a creative background, experience in proofing, or who is interested in the creative/advertising/marketing industry.
- Keeping office tidy and stocked (groceries and stationery)
- Answer all incoming calls
- Courier outward / inward
- Support to Account Manager & Director (AM)
- Managing Directors calendar
- Assistance with end of month invoicing
- Proofing all documents/artwork
- Set up board room for meetings
- Office admin as required; scanning, printing, filing etc
- Work in progress (WIP) meeting prep and WIP sheet updates
- Managing jobs on Work Flow Max (job / time management system)
- Liaising with IT
- Social media management
- Managing studio workflow / trafficking
- Keep company policies/contracts up to date
- Client support to Director (meeting notes etc)
