OFFICE MANAGER Central CBD Offices - Excellent Salary plus Parking! Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team in Auckland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office environment, They are a close-knit family environment with a great culture, who value loyalty. Their current employee has been with them for 20 years!

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail

* Manage day-to-day office operations in a dynamic environment
* Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing office supplies to maintaining databases
* Opportunity to showcase your organisational skills and attention to detail


What you'll do:
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of our client's office in Auckland. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks;

* Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
* Secretarial support to the executives - ensuring accuracy for reports
* Maintain office supplies, ordering new stock as necessary
* Accounts to trial balance, wages and invoicing using Xero
* Maintain company databases, entering relevant information as necessary


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Office Manager position brings proven experience in a similar role at a senior level. You will possess strong organisational skills which allow you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.

* Proven experience in an Office Management or similar administrative role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle clients professionally
* Experience with database management would be advantageous
* A great can-do attitude, someone who is willing to be part of a collaborate close-knit team
