Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a temporary assignment in Wellington. This role offers an attractive salary range, reflecting the importance and responsibilities of the position. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support a highly respected manager in a fast-moving organisation.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the team. You'll manage complex calendars, prepare essential documents, and coordinate project-based work. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success. This temporary assignment is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact.

What you'll bring:

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will be immediately available and bring proven experience from similar roles, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving organisation. While they are currently in establishmnent mode, they offer an engaging work environment where everyday brings new challenges. This is a fast moving role and interviews will be held in 1 week.
