Our client is seeking a Programme Coordinator for a 12-month temporary assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the Weathertightness Programme within a large government ministry. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, processing financial transactions, managing contracts, and liaising with various stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As a Programme Coordinator, your role will be integral to the successful delivery of the Weathertightness Programme. You'll be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing contracts, and liaising with various stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with external suppliers and internal stakeholders,. Additionally, your proficiency in systems such as Oracle / Fusion, K2, Excel, and Power BI will be crucial in performing data entry tasks to support reporting and any required investigations.

  • Processing financial transactions including budgets and invoices
  • Managing contracts and performing general contract administration duties
  • Liaising with external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and schools
  • Performing data entry tasks to support reporting and any required investigations
  • Utilising systems such as Oracle / Fusion, K2, Excel, and Power BI

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Programme Coordinator role brings a wealth of skills and experience. Your excellent communication skills will be key in liaising with various stakeholders. Experience in processing financial transactions and contract administration is essential for this role. Furthermore, your proactive problem-solving abilities will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of operations. Proficiency in using systems such as Oracle / Fusion, K2, Excel, and Power BI is also required.
