Save job

This role requires a highly organised Executive Assistant or a confident Personal Assistant capable of "taking the noise" out of two senior leaders' day by giving them the opportunity to "keep going". This role is a temporary role until the role is recruited permanently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings and appointments for the two senior leaders.
  • Agenda and Paper Preparation: Prepare and manage meeting agendas, papers, and follow-up actions.
  • Correspondence Management: Handle priority communications and correspondence.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Support the preparation of reports, briefings and other key documents as required.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation when needed.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • General Administrative Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-quality administrative assistance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a critical role supporting two senior leaders who are making a real impact on their community. You’ll play an integral part in ensuring their work runs smoothly during this transitional period. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing competing priorities, and enjoy working with senior stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you!
