Executive Assistant
This role requires a highly organised Executive Assistant or a confident Personal Assistant capable of "taking the noise" out of two senior leaders' day by giving them the opportunity to "keep going". This role is a temporary role until the role is recruited permanently.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings and appointments for the two senior leaders.
- Agenda and Paper Preparation: Prepare and manage meeting agendas, papers, and follow-up actions.
- Correspondence Management: Handle priority communications and correspondence.
- Reporting and Documentation: Support the preparation of reports, briefings and other key documents as required.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation when needed.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- General Administrative Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-quality administrative assistance.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
