Robert Walters Recruitment are seeking experienced Executive Assistants for various temporary positions in central Wellington. At Robert Walters, we believe in taking great care of our talented individuals, and that's where you come in. Responsibilities:

- Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings

- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries

- Drafting and proofreading correspondence and reports

- Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion

- Assisting in event planning and coordination

- Providing general administrative support as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite

- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information
