About the role:
This role will not only have you being the ‘face’ of the company and the first point of call, you will also be a key person supporting the wider business with administrative duties. You will be a key liaison with both internal and external stakeholders so the ability to work with a wide range of people is pivotal. The role involves everything from meeting & greeting, managing meeting rooms, travel bookings, procurement of office supplies and assisting with facilities management.
- Answering phone calls through the front office
- Greeting visitors & following arrival processes
- Mail & couriers
- Managing an email inbox
- Travel bookings
- Assisting the Property & Facilities team
- Maintaining office standards
- General administration duties
- 2-3 years of reception experience (ideally within a corporate environment)
- Can-do attitude and a strong team player
- Strong communication & relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your time
- Ability to multi-task and deal with a number of priorities
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
