We are looking for candidates that are seeking short term, full time temporary assignments. You must have the right to work within New Zealand and be based in Auckland with immediate availability.
We are looking for candidates with office based reception experience.
Typical duties on assignment:
- Customer Service; over the phone and via email.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Answering all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Bookings for internal meeting rooms
- Dealing with customers and clients over email
- Typing & formatting of documents
- Database management and data entry
- Filing, scanning and copying paperwork
- Reception, Administration, Data Entry or Customer Service experience
- Right to work within New Zealand (a valid Working Holiday Visa, Work Visa, Residency)
- Corporate presentation
- Excellent phone manner and communication
- Intermediate MS Office and Data Entry skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- A strong attention to detail
- Immediately available
