Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand teams to achieve financial objectives and identify opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the finance lead for specific markets, driving budgeting, forecasting, and monthly planning processes.
• Providing insightful analysis into business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and improving profitability.
• Preparing financial reporting, management presentations, and commentary for executive reviews.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pricing strategies, evaluate promotional activities, and support new product development (NPD).
• Leading commercial reviews of trade spend, promotional investments, and capex projects.
• Managing month-end processes, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost allocation by brand, and robust reporting.
• Driving process improvements through advanced systems knowledge (experience with Power BI and SAP is advantageous).

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive decision-making. Key skills and experience include:

• Strong FP&A capabilities with expertise in forecasting, P&L management, variance analysis, and risk identification.
• Proven experience in commercial business partnering with non-finance functions such as Sales or Marketing.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with large data sets and tools like Power BI or SAP is highly desirable.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering value-added outcomes.
