This is one of my favourite phrases from te reo Māori . It means: ‘We’re all in this canoe together.’ I love it because it captures the partnership that’s at the heart of our work at Robert Walters. We connect with customers and candidates on a personal level to understand their story, so we can help them reach their aims and ambitions. Then we work alongside them to find the candidate or the role that’s right for them.
To offer a truly personalised service, we have to be our authentic selves. So, when I talk about Robert Walters, I really am talking ‘about us’ – each and every one of the expert and passionate people who make up our team.
Like our business, we’re truly global but proudly local. We’ve been serving New Zealand for over 20 years, with three well established offices in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.
