A contract or interim hire works for a defined period and suits project work, parental leave or peak reporting cycles, or situations where you need a specialist quickly. Contractors are engaged and paid through us, so we handle payroll, superannuation and compliance while they work with you. Many clients use a mix of both, and we can advise which model fits a given role.
