Our partnership between Robert Walters and the Graeme Dingle Foundation was aligned with a passion for leadership. At the Graeme Dingle Foundation, they walk alongside New Zealand’s young people, helping them to gain self-confidence, self-belief and key life-skills including leadership. They are shaping the leaders of the future.

Global Angels Foundation
Since 2017, the Robert Walters Group has partnered with the Global Angels Foundation to support the Itinyi Valley community in Tsavo, Kenya. The Robert Walters Group is committed to playing an active role in transforming Tsavo — not only by raising money for key projects, each year sending employees to volunteer to work on key projects with Global Angels in Kenya.
Tuputoa:
TupuToa’s Internship Programme supports and mentors’ university students into internships across Aotearoa, creating a pathway for talented Māori and Pasifika into a professional career. We’re fortunate to be part of their Kaupapa and have actively helped rangatahi enter the workforce through an internship program at Robert Walters.

It’s part of our ethos here at Robert Walters New Zealand to recognise the success of outstanding individuals. That’s why we’re proud to sponsor the EY Entrepreneur of the Year awards, celebrating the next edition of New Zealand entrepreneurs.

We’ve had a longstanding partnership with Plunket for several fundraising initiatives. Plunket provides an essential service to New Zealand tamariki and their whanau to ensure that their health and development are a top priority.
Lifeflight:
LifeFlight Trust provides lifesaving emergency response services via helicopter and airplane. As a charity, we’re proud to partner with them across a range of fundraising activities to ensure that they can continue to provide these critical services to the nation.
Tu Tangata:
Robert Walters partnered with Tania Te Whenua for the Tū Tangata workshop to strengthen our cultural competency and better understand how the Treaty of Waitangi plays into our work.
Nisa:
Robert Walters partnership with Nisa, asocial enterprise and underwear label, creating employment opportunities for the refugee and migrant community in Wellington. Robert Walters have been supporting Nisa with pro-bono recruitment for their organisation, enabling them to focus on driving the impact of their own business. Watch more here
Inspiring Stories’ Festival for the Future:
At Robert Walters New Zealand, we aim to give people the platforms to make an impact in their careers, especially individuals located in remote and regional areas of New Zealand that may not benefit from or have access to the networks that the main centers provide our rangatahi. That’s why we’ve partnered with Inspiring Stories, to further the work they do to give our regionally based rangatahi a voice and a means to make an impact both locally and globally.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Hnry, an award-winning accountancy service for sole traders in Australia and New Zealand.
