Empowering Future Leaders Together
Our partnership between Robert Walters and the Graeme Dingle Foundation was aligned with a passion for leadership. At the Graeme Dingle Foundation, they walk alongside New Zealand’s young people, helping them to gain self-confidence, self-belief and key life-skills including leadership. They are shaping the leaders of the future.
The Foundation’s innovative use of education and adventure-based learning inspires and drives the organisation forward. Working alongside local communities, iwi and the education system, they are proud to offer a suite of programmes that prevent harm and promote well-being for young people across New Zealand.
“We believe leadership is about walking alongside and empowering others to be their best selves. Our partnership with Robert Walters reflects our shared commitment to recognising and fostering the leaders of today and tomorrow.”

Our Young People's Stories
Spencer McNeil
Project K Alumni
“If I didn’t do Project K, I actually don’t know where I would be. I was so lost, hanging out with the wrong people and was not happy in myself. Project K pushed me to do things I would never have done and opened doors to me finding a new level of myself, and finding my true potential.
I cannot recommend Project K enough - it taught me so much about life and myself.”
Sophie Ridley-Scott
Stars Alumni
“One of the most rewarding aspects of Stars has been the opportunity to mentor younger students. Being a mentor has allowed me to share my experiences and knowledge with others, helping them navigate the challenges they face transitioning into college.
It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the positive impact I can have on someone else’s life.”
Making Aotearoa the best place in the world to be young.
