In your new role, you will spend time speaking with Procurement & Property professionals to understand what they want in their career, and you will support your colleagues, Senior Recruiters, to match your candidates with great job opportunities within government departments and private sector organisations. It is fast paced, social and very rewarding when you see the impact of your work.

What you'll be doing:

-Manage a network of top-tier candidates
-Post job adverts, hunt for candidates and conduct interviews
-Work closely with your team to place your candidates in new roles
-Smash KPIs in a fast-paced, fun environment

Within your first year, you'll learn lots about the Procurement & Property industries in Wellington, build lasting relationships, and place new candidates in permanent roles - all with the backing of a supportive team and a market-leading brand.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re not fussed about recruitment experience. We’re looking for high-potential people with drive, hustle and heart. Ideally, you will be Degree qualified, with great communication skills, fantastic organisation & prioritisation skills, confidence, and the ability to naturally build rapport with anyone. Exposure to sales/KPIs/targets would be advantageous.
