As a key member of this team, you will provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of complex employment matters, including personal grievances, disputes, and workplace investigations. You will have the opportunity to design and implement early resolution strategies that balance legal, reputational, and organisational priorities. Your role will also involve drafting, reviewing, and interpreting employment agreements, policies, and collective agreements to ensure clarity and compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with other teams on privacy requests and sensitive cases. Beyond these responsibilities, you will play an active role in shaping employment practices that drive positive change across the organisation.
