Marketing and Events Coordinator

About the Role

Working within a busy marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Managing marketing collateral, digital content and communications
• Supporting social media activity and content scheduling
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and creative partners
• Coordinating campaign timelines, approvals and project delivery
• Supporting website content updates and digital marketing initiatives
• Providing general marketing and administrative support to the wider team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and communications
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• The ability to quickly adapt and hit the ground running

Experience with website content management systems, eDM platforms or digital advertising campaigns will be highly regarded.
