Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

This is a unique role for someone who combines strong technical expertise with analytical capability and stakeholder engagement skills. You will play a key role in monitoring quality performance across a complex supply chain, leading investigations, analysing trends and data, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of quality assurance standards, frameworks, and processes.

About the Role

Reporting to a senior manager within a specialist operational team, you will:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality assurance standards, frameworks, technical specifications, and processes.
• Monitor and assess product quality, performance, emerging risks, and supply chain effectiveness.
• Conduct robust investigations, analyse findings, and provide evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
• Identify trends through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Manage quality assurance activities across an end-to-end operational environment.
• Build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

About You

This role will suit candidates from technical quality assurance, engineering, scientific, manufacturing, laboratory, or other regulated environments.

To be successful, you will bring:

• A tertiary qualification in a scientific, engineering, quality management, or related discipline.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, or maintaining quality assurance frameworks, standards, or programmes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading investigations and presenting complex findings to stakeholders.
• Advanced data analysis and interpretation capability.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
