Sales Coordinator

REANNZ is seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Partnerships & Engagement team. This role exists to ensure account managers remain focused on customer relationships by managing coordination activities, follow-up actions, sales administration and internal organisation. The role is primarily internal and does not require direct customer-facing sales responsibility.

This role will provide the operational leverage needed to enable the broader Partnerships & Engagement team to focus on customer retention, growth and strategic engagement activities.

Key Result Areas

The Sales Coordinator will:

• Coordinate actions and follow-up activities across the sales team.
• Track and monitor outstanding tasks and commitments.
• Organise meetings and team activities.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, contract preparation and reporting.
• Improve workflow, organisation and internal team effectiveness.
• Act as the central coordination point within the Partnerships & Engagement function.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Experience in sales coordination, business support, operations support or administration.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong follow-through and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 business applications and CRM

Desirable Experience

• Technology sector experience.
• Telecommunications sector experience.
• Experience supporting account management or business development teams.
• Familiarity with customer-facing business operations.
