- Attempts to obtain employment or engagement through deception may result in civil and/or criminal liability, as well as immediate cancellation of assignments or termination of employment (as applicable).

We generally collect and handle your name, contact information (i.e. email address, postal address and telephone number) and education and employment history. Section 4 (What personal information do we collect) of our Global Privacy Policy contains a non-exhaustive list of the types of personal information that we commonly collect and use for the performance of our Services.
3. Purpose of Information Handling
We collect personal information necessary for providing our Services. We use your personal information primarily to provide Services to our clients and you. This includes assessing your suitability for job vacancies and matching you with appropriate roles. 4. Review of Personal Information
Our employees will review your job application before submitting it to our client(s). As part of this process, we, our clients, or agents acting on our behalf may need to confirm the information you have provided. This may include:
- Contacting Academic Providers: Your academic institutions may require your approval before releasing details of your achievements to us, our clients, or agents.
- Contacting Current Employers: Before contacting your employer, we will:
- ensure that you have resigned or terminated your employment (as applicable); and
- obtain your consent before proceeding.
