Transformation Delivery Lead

Our client is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead to lead cross-functional Agile squads and deliver exceptional business value and customer outcomes. In this role, you play a key role in delivering top priority portfolio initiatives and will drive execution of these, working with both tech and business teams in partnership. This is a really exciting new role for the right Agile delivery champion!

💡 In this role, you will:

✅ Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.
✅ Drive squad performance, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
✅ Partner with Product Owners, Business Owners, and Technical Leads to translate priorities into actionable outcomes.
✅ Foster a high-performing Agile culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

🛠️ Requirements: 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale programmes or transformation initiatives, strong leadership skills, and expertise in Agile delivery models.
